NEW THIS YEAR!!

The Comal County Fair Parade is transitioning to an application-based system for the 2024 parade.

What this means for you:

  • Applications will be accepted starting July 1st, 2024.
  • The application process will close August 31st, 2024, or whenever we have reached our max entry limit of 85 entries, whichever comes first.
  • Any incomplete applications will not be considered.

Submittal of an application does not guarantee acceptance to the parade. Acceptance to participate is determined by the Comal County Fair Parade committee. The cause for non-acceptance does not have to be justified by the Comal County Fair Parade committee. A notification of acceptance or non-acceptance will be sent out via email; at that time, you will receive instructions on how to submit payment. Please allow up to one week for an acceptance/non-acceptance response.

Submittal of an application acknowledges that you have read and agree to all guidelines and rules set forth by the Comal County Fair Parade committee.

Trophies will be awarded for first, second, and third place in each of the listed judging categories.
